well in 24 hours we had over 40 gallons of sap, so we pulled most of the taps except 7, and from that they still produced about 20 gallons a day.
on day 2 jon got the fire going...more friends visited and we had a great time!

This is so great your sugaring, where is this in relation to your apartment?! I should be but am not this year, just gonna tap one for drinking and cooking with.
